Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are designed to keep Flowtonomy running smoothly and to ensure a fair, safe and enjoyable experience for everyone who practises with us. By booking a class, purchasing a package or membership or visiting our studios, you agree to the following.

Bookings & Payments

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Class Packs, Drop-Ins, Intro Offers and Memberships are non-refundable and non‑transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them.

  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

  • Cancellations must be made through your Momence account; verbal or email requests cannot be processed.

  • Unused classes do not roll over.

  • Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will always be shown clearly before you purchase.

  • By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agreed to the studio’s general policies and Customer Waiver. These terms apply to all renewing subscriptions and class packs.

Class Packs, Intro Offers & Memberships

  • Each product has its own expiry date, which is shown at the time of purchase.

  • Expiry dates cannot be extended unless stated otherwise or agreed in exceptional circumstances.

  • Unused classes cannot be refunded or exchanged once the product has expired.

  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in line with the membership terms. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

  • All our monthly membership packages have a minimum 3-month contract.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid. Failed payments may pause or cancel your membership.

  • By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agreed to the studio’s general policies and Customer Waiver. These terms apply to all renewing subscriptions and class packs.

Billing Of Annual Memberships

This membership is billed annually as a single upfront payment. For example, if your membership begins on the 15th of the month, all membership benefits renew on the 15th of each month, and your annual renewal date will also fall on the 15th.

All membership payments are non refundable.

Cancellation: Annual membership runs for a full 12 month period and cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased. At the end of the 12 month term, the membership will automatically renew for another year unless you cancel through Momence.com. If you do choose to cancel, any classes you have already booked will remain valid and can still be attended.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Class Booking & Cancellation Policy: All class booking and cancellation rules are outlined in our full Cancellation Policy, available on the Flowtonomy website. Please refer to that policy for complete details.

Priority Booking Access: Founding Members receive a 24 hour priority booking window for all classes and events, giving you first access to the sessions you love. Founder Perks: This membership includes all Founding Member benefits listed at checkout. You can view the full list of Founder benefits here: https://www.flowtonomy.co.uk/founding-membership-perks. Membership Pauses: Annual memberships cannot be paused.

Studio Policies: By joining, you agree to follow all Flowtonomy studio policies, including late arrival, safety, and conduct guidelines.

Instructor substitutions may occur when necessary.

Health & Liability: By purchasing this membership, you confirm that you are fit to participate in physical activity and will inform instructors of any relevant health conditions. If your health changes at any time — including pregnancy — you must notify us before attending further classes. You also confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we aim to keep our policy fair for everyone.

  • You may cancel a class up to 12 hours before the start time.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will result in the class being deducted from your pack or membership.

  • Late cancellations and no‑shows may result in a fee or loss of the class credit.

  • For your safety and the flow of the class, we cannot admit late arrivals once the session has begun.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.

  • For morning classes, you may be added automatically up to 12 hours before class.

  • For afternoon and evening classes, you may be added automatically up to 1 hour before class.

  • You’ll receive an email notification if you are added.

  • If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added unexpectedly.

  • Standard cancellation rules apply once you are added to the class.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on Class Packs, Intro Offers, Memberships or single sessions.

  • In exceptional circumstances, we may offer credit at our discretion.

  • Workshops and special events may have their own refund terms, which will be shown at the time of booking.

Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our priority.

  • Please inform your teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate in any class.

  • Our teachers may offer modifications, but they cannot diagnose or treat injuries.

  • Flowtonomy is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes unless caused by our negligence.

  • Grip socks must be worn for all Reformer classes to support hygiene, stability, and the safety of both you and our equipment. Flowtonomy may make safety‑led decisions at any time if something could compromise the wellbeing of clients, teachers, or the studio environment. If grip socks are not worn, Flowtonomy reserves the right to refuse entry to class and no refund will be issued.

  • Flowtonomy classes are designed for adults, and all participants must be 18 or over.

Studio Etiquette

To keep our studios calm and welcoming:

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.

  • Phones should be on silent and kept away during class.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who arrives late.

  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

Personal Belongings

  • You are responsible for your personal items while in the studio.

  • Flowtonomy cannot accept liability for lost or stolen belongings.

Changes to Schedule or Teachers

  • Occasionally, classes, teachers or schedules may change.

  • We will always do our best to notify you in advance.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.
