Flowtonomy Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy fair for everyone while protecting the experience of each class.
How cancellations work
You’re welcome to cancel your class up to 12 hours before the start time. This allows another client the chance to join and keeps our small classes running smoothly.
Late cancellations
If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, the session will be taken from your package or membership. This applies to both Reformer and Yoga.
No‑shows
If you don’t attend your booked class, the session will also be taken from your package or membership. We’re not able to offer refunds for missed sessions.
Why this policy exists
Our classes are intentionally small to give you personalised attention. Late cancellations and no‑shows mean another client misses the chance to practise, this policy helps keep things fair for everyone.
Arriving on time
For your safety and the flow of the class, we’re not able to admit late arrivals once the session has begun.
How does the waitlist work
If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. If a space opens, you’ll be added to the class automatically.
For morning classes, you may be added up to 12 hours before the class.
For afternoon and evening classes, you may be added up to 1 hour before the class.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as you’re added. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist so you’re not added unexpectedly.
