Book a visit and see if Flowtonomy feels like your place

Prefer to look around first? Start with a complimentary studio visit, then explore our introductory offer or memberships when you’re ready.

Settle into the Farmhouse Lounge with a herbal tea or coffee on us and get a feel for the space before committing. We’ll show you around the two studios, introduce you to the premium Reformer beds, and chat through our Yoga styles so you can understand what suits your body and your week. You’ll get personalised class and membership recommendations shaped around your lifestyle, with no obligation to join.

Flowtonomy is a multi‑functional farmhouse space, not a single high‑street studio, your visit therefore includes a walkthrough of multiple rooms under one roof, each designed for a different kind of movement, calm or creativity. It’s a format that only makes sense here: a countryside farmhouse with two studios, a lounge, amenities, and space to breathe.

“A studio that celebrates your milestones...your 10th visit, your first double‑session week, your seasonal streaks.”

What Your Farmhouse Tour Includes

Farmhouse walkthrough

Flowtonomy has its own rhythm: that which feels more like a friend’s home than a high street studio or gym environment. Our classes are strong, yet the environment stays soft. Experience the atmosphere before you join, explore the studios and farmhouse lounge so you can sense whether Flowtonomy feels like your kind of place.

Try out our premium reformer beds

Our machines were custom‑made to be of the highest quality. We put in months of research so that they are smoother and more supportive than standard studio machines. You’ll feel the difference straight away. We introduce you to a few basic reformer poses, all that are beginner friendly too, so you can experience how the bed supports you.

A range of yoga styles to support your week

Our yoga is grounded in philosophy. We’ll talk through the different styles of yoga. Some are slow and releasing, some are steadier and strength‑building, and we help you understand what suits your body and your week. Our yoga complements the reformer practice beautifully, and many enjoy a membership across both studios.

Lifestyle planning

We listen to what fits around you (your work, family, social activities and energy levels). We talk about what you like in a teacher too: calm and grounding, chatty and warm, slow and steady, or quietly encouraging. From there, we explore whether reformer, yoga or a mix of both suits you best. All our classes are themed around the seasons.

You’ll leave with a wellness plan that helps you understand how everything fits together. One that feels balanced rather than busy:

  • the classes that fit your routine

  • the teachers who match your personality and goals

  • how the season supports your energy and mobility

  • the membership that makes sense for your lifestyle

  • the Flowtonomy events that complement your movement practice and help you settle into the community

And if you’re using up old studio credits elsewhere, we help you understand when to join so you’re not rushing or overlapping, you can ease in when it feels right.
